LinkGather - Export WordPress Links



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

LinkGather WordPress Plugin

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can start using it.

Step by Step Instructions


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:

If you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links option to move you to the page that will show all of your blogs published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL list, you here will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it check here will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links title will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
